Savings accounts with a UK bank
We offer a full range of savings accounts to ensure you get the best return over short, medium or longer-terms in sterling, with a choice of US dollar or euro-denominated accounts. They can be tiered, fixed rate or with bonuses awarded to regular savers.
Longer-term savings include structured deposits over terms of three to five years, where the interest rate is linked to a share or commodity index with the reasurrance that your capital will be repaid on maturity.
UK bank transfers
Making or collecting payments across the world is simple, quick and secure using Barclays Wealth International Payments. The service can be used online, by telephone or fax or in a Barclays branch. If you have a Relationship Manager you can send requests using secure email.
Transactions can be in sterling, euros or US dollars and there is no minimum transfer amount. There is a maximum of £50,000 limit for online transactions, but there is a discount on the standard tariff for online transactions.

Available in sterling, euros or US dollars, the account includes a Visa debit card in sterling for easy access to your cash. A bonus savings account is available for balances starting from £1, while other savings and investments are also offered to those with balances of £10,000 or more.
For the cash-rich and time-poor who need someone to help manage their financial affairs, we offer experienced Relationship Managers who can act on instructions given face-to-face, over the telephone or by secure email. This service is available to those who have £50,000 deposited with us or £100,000 a year income paid into a Barclays Wealth International account.
